My work lives in the space between the personal and the systemic—where nervous systems meet relationships, communities, institutions, and the living Earth. Through somatic psychotherapy, ecotherapy, clinical leadership, and a person-in-environment perspective, I explore how healing becomes possible across every layer of our lives.

01 / Perspective
“Good clinical work depends on more than technique. It asks us to notice the person, the body, the relationships, and the systems shaping what is possible.”
My training as a clinical social worker shapes how I understand both individual care and organizational leadership. I pay attention to complexity: the nervous system and the larger system, clinical judgment and operational design, evidence and lived experience.
That perspective has taken me from community-based treatment and inpatient psychiatric care to private practice, therapist education, executive clinical leadership, and the development of new tools for EMDR clinicians.
