Begin or Deepen your Trauma Healing Journey with Eco-Somatic Trauma Therapy Intensives
Service Description
Experience deep trauma healing through eco-somatic therapy in an intensive, extended format. These sessions incorporate somatic theory, neurobiology-informed methods and trauma-focused therapy to create a personalized healing experience for you focused on somatically and energetically identifying, releasing and renegotiating the impacts of trauma on your mind, body and spirit. We engage with the unconscious mind through mindfulness-based, relaxation-focused, invitational inquiry to identify trauma blocks. Through somatic movement, we prioritize release and trauma renegotiation. Through attachment and ego-state work, we promote mind-body integration of the healing work, in a creative, eclectic and intuitive style. Mini sessions incorporate all parts into one day to allow you the opportunity to immerse yourself with a full day experience, rather than coming on separate days for the intake and follow-up portions. Cancellation Policy
Deposit and Cancellation Policy: Deposit is due at time of booking and is refundable, minus a $5 processing fee, as long as the session is cancelled 72 hours prior to your session start time. Limits of Intensive Therapy Services: Intensive therapy differs from traditional psychotherapy in that you are booking single sessions rather than beginning a long-term therapy relationship with your therapist. Upon the end of your pre-scheduled intensive therapy package, I am no longer your active therapy provider. The end of your intensive therapy service marks the termination of our psychotherapeutic relationship. You do have the option of booking additional intensive sessions if you'd like. All intensive packages come with an intake session, an intensive psychotherapy session, and a follow-up/termination session. If, during the course of our intensive session, I assess that you are in need of a higher level of care or that you are in need of ongoing therapy, I will provide you with this recommendation, my rationale, and I will provide you with referrals for continuation of therapy services. Intensive therapy is still psychotherapy. I abide by the rules and ethics of my profession as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. After you book your intensive package, I will send you a link to the client portal, where you will find my informed consent and your intake forms. All forms must be completed at least 72 hours before our intake session.
